Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases of physical products (including QR-enabled vehicle tags) and paid services (such as challan settlement assistance) provided by ScanGuard Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a purchase or using our Services, you agree to the terms set forth below.

This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

1. Scope of Application

This Policy covers:

Physical Products: QR-enabled vehicle tags and any accompanying accessories sold through our website or authorized channels.

Paid Services: Challan settlement assistance and other service‑based offerings.

Separate terms apply to service‑related refunds, as detailed in Section 6 below.

2. Returns of Physical Products

If you are not entirely satisfied with your QR tag or other physical product, you may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.

The return request must be initiated by emailing us at contact@scanguard.online with your Order ID and the reason for return.

A Return Fee of Rs. 100 will be deducted to cover logistics, handling, and packaging costs. This fee applies to all returns, regardless of the reason.

Upon successful verification, we will issue a credit note equal to the product’s purchase price (excluding delivery charges and the return fee). The credit note will be added to your account and can be used for future purchases on our website.

No monetary refunds will be issued for returned products.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a physical product that is damaged, defective, or not as described:

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery at contact@scanguard.online, providing clear photographs or video evidence.
